Cuba have oil, what about Haiti?

The precious commodity that the United States is hungry for can now be found on the Northwestern coast of Cuba. Since we now know Cuba have oil, what about Haiti? I mean, of-course they're a few hundred miles apart. But?
If Haiti may indeed have oil, then as a nation it needs to get its house in order before the vultures come in and rape the country's natural resources...again!
